The integrity of your personal data is very important to us, and we therefore strive to handle it in the most secure and transparent way possible. This privacy policy aims to describe how we process your personal data in connection with your use of the Cyrius website and the services offered by Cyrius, and to inform you of the rights you have as a result.

Cyrius is in a constant process of compliance with the RGPD, and therefore offers its services within a secure and clear legal framework. Since the beginning of its activities, Cyrius has attached the greatest importance to the protection of personal data and the entry into force of the RGPD constitutes an opportunity to reinforce this protection for the benefit of its clients.

Personal data is collected when you register as a user and use our services.

This may include information about who you are and how to contact you, navigational and other technical data automatically collected as a result of your activity on the website, professional information about your identification in your company, your role and team.

Also, your company will be asked to share with us your professional e-mail, your first name, your last name and your field of work. This data will only be used in the context of the services offered by Cyrius.

The data collected by Cyrius within the framework of its services will be processed, anonymised and then distributed to the persons responsible.

Your personal data is collected for one or more of the following purposes:

1/ Manage your access to certain services developed by Cyrius,
2/ Carry out operations relating to customer management concerning contracts, orders, deliveries, invoices, loyalty programmes, customer relations follow-up,
3/ Build a file of registered members, users, customers and prospects,
4/ To send newsletters, solicitations and promotional messages. If you do not wish this, we give you the option of expressing your refusal in this respect when your data is collected,
5/ To compile commercial and traffic statistics on our services,
6/ Organise competitions, lotteries and all promotional operations with the exception of online gambling subject to the approval of the Autorité de Régulation des Jeux en Ligne,
7/ Manage people's opinions on products, services or content,
8/ Personalise responses to your requests for information,

We inform you that we take all necessary precautions and appropriate organisational and technical measures to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised parties.

All HTTP traffic to and from cyrius.co and bot.cyrius.co is encrypted (HTTPS / TLS 1.2 - 1.3).

When a user logs in for the first time, we tell their browser that all subsequent connections must be encrypted (HTTPS), including when a link to cyrius.co starts with http:// instead of https://

All Cyrius employees receive mandatory training on security (including social engineering) and data privacy. They use complex and unique passwords and strong authentication (2FA) whenever possible. The use of a password manager is also mandatory.

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer, whose contact details are dpo@cyrius.co. Please contact him/her if you have any further questions about your data and we will ensure that you receive a response as soon as possible.

Cyrius does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Cyrius does not otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties, unless :
1/ you request or authorise its disclosure,
2/ the disclosure is necessary to provide the services you have requested,
3/ Should our business be sold or merged with another company, your data may be disclosed to any potential acquirer and its advisors and transferred to the new transferees or recipients of the business,
4/ We may also share your information with law enforcement officials, judicial or administrative authorities, or other authorized third parties, subject to our ethical obligations regarding confidentiality. Cyrius will inform you immediately, to the extent that we are legally permitted to do so.

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties and, as of 25 May 2018, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, request portability, delete and/or object to the processing of your personal data, under the conditions provided for by the GDPR.

If we rely on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Regarding our marketing emails: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails we send or by contacting us using the contact details provided. You will then be removed from the marketing email list.

Cyrius retains the personal data it collects about you in databases, log files or other types of files for as long as you use our services, and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Cyrius makes no commitment to keep all your data indefinitely.

Data may be deleted at any time during active use of your account in accordance with the provisions set out above and/or the Terms of Use. We may continue to use non-identifiable data that has been aggregated for analytical purposes beyond this period.

Where we do not need to process your personal information for legitimate business reasons, we will delete or anonymise it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in a backup archive), we will store it securely and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
